The following organizations provide informative and compassionate support for grieving families. This list will be updated with new information as it becomes available.

Center for Loss and Life Transition - This site offers information on all aspects of loss. It lists workshops, books, and it has a very informative mourner's corner. Dr. Alan Wolfelt is a well-known author, educator, and clinical thanatologist. I attended one of his seminars and was very encouraged to discover that his presentation
was very close to what I was experiencing at the time. I think you will find anything he writes to be of benefit to you and your family.
The Dougy Center - This is a program of The National Center for Grieving Children and Families. They are based in Portland, but the center itself is a national and international organization. They focus on childhood grief and provide many avenues for grief healing for children.
SIDS - This site provides information for parents and families experiencing a loss from SIDS. It offers links to awareness articles and activities. Readers are encouraged to submit their own stories for publication on the website.
